Terms ,Conditions and Guarantee:
1) All watches are warranted free of manufacturing defects for one year from purchase.\
2) Watches are shipped insured by UPS, Fed Ex or EMS. Customs procedures are carried out by the area representatives. All transportation, tariffs, taxes and customs fees are to be paid by the customer. You should consult with your area representative about the best way to ship your watch . Alternatively, your Horae area representative may recommend a watch store near you that carries Horae.
3) All watches remain the property of Horae Watch company until paid for.
4) Customers may return watches for a refund without the necessity of giving a reason within 10 days of receipt of their watches. However, applicable shipping and bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
5) Customers should place their orders through their area representative.
